HERE IS HOW TO ORDER
YOUR CUSTOM CUT LEAN NATURAL BEEF FROM US

Our 10 and 20 lb smaller Beef Packs are available at all times.  For whole, side and quarter beef orders, your steer is still out  grazing when you place your order and will be scheduled for custom processed when your order is received.  With 21 days of dry ageing, cutting and wrapping as per your order form, expect your meat to be ready one to two month after ordering.  If you need our beef sooner, please contact us.

To order your whole, half or quarter of a beef, you can choose from our online order process below left, or complete the order form of your choice here below right and send it to us with a deposit ($300 for a whole beef, $200 for a half, $100 for a quarter).  When the beef is ready and we know exactly how many pounds of beef you will receive, you pay the balance.  Then you can either pick it up at our Custom Processor in Fort Sumner, or we can ship it to you.

A whole beef order will give you anywhere from 220 lb to 360 lb of packaged meat, depending on the size of the beef and the cuts you choose, including the processing charges, will cost you a total of $5.00/lb.*

A side of beef (1/2 beef) order will give you anywhere from 110 lb to 180 lb of packaged meat, depending on the size of the beef and and the cuts you choose, including the processing charges, will cost you a total of $5.50/lb.*

A quarter of a beef  order (equal portion of the front and hind quarters) will give you anywhere from 55 lb to 90 lb of packaged meat, depending on the size of the beef and, including the processing charges, will cost you a total of $6.00/lb.*  Shipping is around $1 per pound (add 5 lb. for Styrofoam box and dry-ice) UPS Ground.

in 1 lb. packages - $115. Shipping is $40, and includes the Styrofoam box and dry-ice. 

*We have combined the price for the beef and the processor's charges in one easy payment:  We sell the beef "on the hoof", at a set price per pounds of live weight ($1.40/lb for a whole beef, $1.50/lb for a side of beef, and $1.60 for a quarter of a beef).  We then add the processor's charge to our price.  The total you end up paying, all inclusive, is the $5.00/lb - $5.50 and $6.00/lb you see above.
