We offer you healthy and lean meat that is tender and flavorful without all the fat and heavy marbling present in commercial, older  beef.  Our beef is harvested young -  anywhere from  a year to a 14 months  of age (650 lb to 850 lb live weight).  Your steaks are therefore smaller than what you may be used to, and oh so succulent!  The beef prices below are the total you pay.

JX Ranch Natural Beef  is from animals that are born and raised on our ranch, have never received any antibiotics, growth-hormones, ionophores, animal by-products or pesticides.  Our native grass pastures are never fertilized or sprayed with pesticides. Our beef is entirely grassfed on native pastures, and therefore lean and healthy.  You can also ask for your beef to be lightly grain supplemented for 30 days while still on pasture. The cattle are handled in a gentle and no-stress manner, and raised in their natural environment throughout their entire life.  Our dry aged, lean natural beef will provide you, and your family, with healthy and flavorful meat.   

* For Whole, Side and Quarter Beef Orders: To simplify the payment process for our customers, we have combined the price of the steer with our local USDA Inspected processor's charges in one total cost:  We sell you the beef "on the hoof", which means a price per pounds of live weight, which is $1.40/lb for a whole beef,  $1.50/lb for a side of beef, and  $1.60/lb for a quarter of a beef.  We have then added the processor's charges - butchering, 21 days of dry-ageing for optimum tenderness and flavor in a temperature controlled cool-room, cutting & wrapping into portion sized packages as per your instructions on the order form, freezing and boxing. The total price you pay is what you see in the table above.  We collect your payment and send a check on your behalf to the processor for his charges.  

Since JX Ranch is located in a sparsely populated area, we very much appreciate all the new customers our "old" customers have referred to us.  We have decided to reward you for spreading the word about our delicious and healthy lean beef.  For every new 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef buyer you send to us, we will take $40 off your next beef order*.  Just send us an email, or call us, with the name of the person(s) you are sending our way, or are sharing your next beef order with.  * offer applies to whole, 1/2 and 1/4 beef orders. One "$40 reward per order.

SHIPPING

Note : Summertime shipping: Due to summertime temperatures, shipments to locations where UPS Ground shipping exceed 3 days in transit, we will ship UPS 3 Day Select and advise you of the added shipping charge. Shipping within New Mexico is one day with UPS Ground.

Our 10 lb and 20 lb. Beef Packs are shipped UPS directly from our ranch.
