If you are ordering 1/4 beef, which contains equal proportions of the cuts from the front to the back, you need to use the JX Ranch Package, unless you are splitting 1/2 beef or more with somebody.  This is so that the buyer of the other 1/4 does not end up with lesser cuts.  Call 575-487-2419 or Email Us   with any questions.
